Ninja Protocol ("we", "us", or "our") operates the SKR Monitor mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the App. Please read this policy carefully. We do not collect personal identification information such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address. We do not track your location. We do not access your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet balances beyond what is publicly available on the Solana blockchain.

Your data is stored using Supabase, a secure cloud database platform, with industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We implement Row Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure users can only access data they are authorized to view.
Wallet connection credentials are stored locally on your device using Expo SecureStore, which leverages the device's native keychain/keystore for encrypted storage.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. Data shared with third-party services is limited to what is necessary for their functionality.
The Solana blockchain is a public, decentralized ledger. Any transactions you perform through the App (staking, unstaking, swaps) are recorded on-chain and are publicly visible. This is inherent to blockchain technology and is not within our control. We aggregate and display publicly available on-chain data to provide the App's monitoring features.
The App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide the App's services. Chat messages are retained to maintain conversation history. Push notification tokens are retained while your subscription is active.
