License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Ninja Protocol ("we", "us", or "our") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the SKR Monitor mobile application ("App") on a compatible mobile device that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these terms.

2. Scope of Use

The App is provided as a monitoring and utility tool for the Seeker (SKR) token ecosystem on the Solana blockchain. You may use the App to:

• View real-time and historical staking data, token metrics, and market information
• Interact with Solana-based staking smart contracts via compatible wallet adapters
• Execute token swaps through integrated third-party decentralized exchange aggregators
• Participate in community chat features
• Receive notifications about ecosystem events and activity

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works of the App or its content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's backend services, APIs, or data infrastructure
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the App beyond its intended use
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or the servers and networks connected to it

4. Blockchain Interactions & Risks

We do not custody, control, or have access to your private keys or wallet funds. The App connects to your wallet through the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter protocol, and all transaction approvals are handled by your wallet application.

5. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services and protocols, including but not limited to Jupiter Aggregator for token swaps, Helius for RPC access, and Supabase for data services. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services.

6. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Data displayed in the App, including token prices, staking statistics, and market metrics, is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ninja Protocol and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of funds, data, profits, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach any provision of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

9. Updates & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this License Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective when posted within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
