Copyright Statement

All content, design, graphics, user interface, code, and the compilation thereof in the SKR Monitor application and associated services are owned by or licensed to Ninja Protocol and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Protected Materials

The following materials are proprietary and protected under applicable copyright laws:

• Application Source Code — All application code, algorithms, and architecture
• User Interface & Design — Visual layouts, screen designs, icons, and interaction patterns
• Brand Assets — Logos, trademarks, brand names, and visual identity elements
• Data Presentation — The unique arrangement, aggregation, and display of blockchain data
• Documentation — All written materials, help texts, and instructional content
• APIs & Services — Backend services, API designs, and data processing pipelines

Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial right to use the App in accordance with the License Agreement. This does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

Screenshots or brief descriptions of the App for the purpose of reviews, commentary, or educational discussion may constitute fair use, provided proper attribution is given.

Prohibited Use

Without prior written consent from Ninja Protocol, you may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any substantial portion of the App's content or code
• Use protected materials for commercial purposes or in competing products
• Redistribute, republish, or publicly display proprietary content
• Create derivative works based on the App's design or functionality
• Use Ninja Protocol's trademarks or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation

Open-Source & Third-Party Components

The App may incorporate open-source software components, each governed by their respective licenses. The use of such components does not affect the copyright protections applicable to Ninja Protocol's original work. Third-party trademarks referenced within the App (including Solana, Jupiter, and others) remain the property of their respective owners.

DMCA & Infringement Notices

If you believe that any content in the App infringes your copyright, please contact us with the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The specific location within the App where the infringing material appears
• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
